It all started with a leather belt. Mark Sivan is a modern guy who likes to dress sharp but on a budget. Refusing to accept cheap standards and realizing that the only way to get a good quality belt was to buy it from a top designer or the mall, he wanted to make a change. Designer belts are super expensive, while the ones available at malls don’t last long. Mark’s love for wearing stylish, premium quality clothes and accessories inspired him to make a breakthrough in the world of belts for men. A few months later, he joined forces with his friend and co-founder of Mark Fred, Freddy Kassab, with whom he shared a passion for classy, high quality, comfortable, durable and reasonably priced men’s apparel and accessories. Together, the duo designed and produced a high quality genuine leather belt for men, which led to the launch of ‘Mark Fred’ in 2012.
